Amir Seyedfarshi

In the eyes of his clients, Attorney Amir Seyedfarshi is considered a caring and attentive attorney who dedicates his time passionately to his clients and seeks justice on behalf of those in need.

Amir graduated from UCLA School of Law with a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution. Amir also externed for the Hon. Laurence Rubin at the California Court of Appeal, 2nd District. Prior to attending UCLA Law, Amir studied at Fordham Law School where he obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Banking law.

In the course of his career, Amir has prosecuted numerous individual cases and class actions involving large class of employees. Amir has obtained outstanding results for his clients.

Prior to founding Employment Rights Law Group, APC, Amir worked for a prominent Los Angeles employment law firm, where he prosecuted numerous class actions and individual cases against major local and nation-wide employers. Amir has also worked for insurance defense firms where he defended litigation matters.

An avid reader and constant learner, Amir keeps himself updated with new trends and developments in employment law in order to bring the best outcome for his clients.

In his spare time, Amir enjoys painting, perfecting his cooking skills, and watching French-language TV series.
